Each Drum Major will have a practical conducting experience on the podium in front of our 300+ piece INCOMPARABLE Workshop Band! When they aren’t on the podium, Drum Majors will perform on their primary instruments to engage in clinics that enhance and reinforce their skills and encourage them to delve deeper and incorporate leadership into their daily lives!

Daily sessions in leadership will show each student that their leadership affects the entire ensemble and how to capitalize on those strengths.
