Vivace Productions, Inc. is proud to once again partner with Bobby Lambert (Dynamic Marching, Lambert Leadership) to offer the Patterns for Success Drum Major Workshop at Kutztown University! 

This workshop format provides consistent and interactive engaging learning opportunities with a strong emphasis on can-do/positive attitude concepts. Whether students are veterans, new members, or aspiring Drum Majors, this workshop is for everyone!

Drum Majors will be led through a systematic approach to conducting that goes beyond the basic 4-pattern and develops clarity and consistency!

Drum Majors will learn how to effectively instruct their peers using positive and constructive feedback!

Drum Majors will learn about score reading, cues, and how to communicate emotion to inspire the best musical performance from the band!
