Great ensembles don’t become exceptional by doing more reps, but by doing better reps!
This high-energy, interactive workshop will transform the way you think about rehearsal. Through the Reflect → Engage → Perform (REP) Cycle, you’ll learn how to replace “mindless” repetition with “mind-more” focused, intentional reps that drive real growth, connection, and artistry!
We’ll explore the difference between mistakes and misunderstandings, the power of student ownership, and the critical role of Activity + Relevance in engagement. You’ll leave with strategies to help your ensemble work smarter, not just harder!
