SINGLE DAY WORKSHOPS
Not every group can travel for a full weekend workshop.
Sometimes what a program really needs is one GREAT day together. That’s the idea behind the Vivace Single Day Leadership Workshops.
Throughout the summer, Vivace brings high-energy, student-centered leadership experiences directly to schools and organizations across the region – including events in Maryland, Delaware, New England, and beyond.
Every workshop is designed to help students strengthen:
- communication
- leadership
- culture
- confidence
- connection
- and ownership within their organization
But honestly, these workshops are about way more than “leadership activities.”
They’re about helping students understand how their actions, energy, and attitudes impact the people around them every single day. Because culture is not built accidentally. It’s built through the little things:
- how people communicate
- how rookies are welcomed
- how adversity is handled
- how teammates support each other
- and how leaders choose to show up consistently
One of the ideas we talk about often during these workshops is: “Retention is the recruitment of your own members.” Healthy cultures grow naturally because people WANT others to experience them. That’s why these workshops focus heavily on:
- relationships
- belonging
- authenticity
- teamwork
- and creating environments where people feel valued
And no, students are not sitting quietly through lectures all day.
They’re moving.
Collaborating.
Reflecting.
Laughing.
Problem-solving.
Having honest conversations.
Because leadership learning becomes more meaningful when students EXPERIENCE it together.
One of the best parts of the Single Day Workshops is flexibility. Every school is different. Every leadership team is different. Every culture is different. So every workshop can be customized to fit the needs of the group.

Others bring together full ensembles, athletic groups, or student organizations looking to level up their culture and leadership.
