This summer, from July 19–20, 2025, join us at West Chester University for the Vivace Leadership Weekend – a two-day leadership immersion designed to help student leaders rise into their full potential.

From the very first session, this weekend will challenge and inspire you to lead with greater purpose, clarity, and confidence on and beyond the field!

Director of Bands at Wando High School (SC) and one of the most powerful voices in student leadership today. Bobby’s ability to connect big ideas with real-life action makes him a favorite among students and educators alike.

Dr. John Villella
Executive Director of Vivace Productions and a respected advocate for music education leadership. His decades of experience bring a practical, inspiring perspective on how students can lead with both vision and humility.

Dr. Adam Gumble
Director of Athletic Bands at West Chester University and the energy behind the INCOMPARABLE Golden Rams Marching Band. Dr. Gumble brings authenticity, insight, and a deep understanding of how leadership transforms student musicians and the culture around them.
