The 2025 Vivace Marching Band Design Workshops are here! In partnership with USBands, we’re thrilled to offer three opportunities to journey into the art and science of marching band show design, tailored to help you and your team bring your creative vision to life in the 2025 season. With hands-on guidance from our team of clinicians, these workshops are a chance to take your design process to the next level!

- January 25th – South Brunswick High School
  Featured Clinician: Jarrett Lipman (Vandegrift HS, Boston Crusaders)

- January 26th – Spring-Ford High School
  Featured Clinician: Jarrett Lipman (Vandegrift HS, Boston Crusaders)

- January 27th – Camp Hill High School
  Featured Clinician: Chris Devona (James Madison University, author of “Small Band Big Sound” published by Meredith Music/GIA)

Each Vivace Design Workshop is crafted to support design teams at every experience level. Whether you’re in the initial stages of brainstorming or refining a seasoned concept, you’ll find resources, inspiration, and guidance to carry your vision forward.

- Bring Your Entire Design Team/Staff
  Collaboration is key to a successful season, so bring your whole design team along! Our workshop is structured to allow time for your team to brainstorm, plan, and work directly with our clinicians. Develop, tweak, and refine your ideas with expert feedback and a fresh perspective.

Let’s make 2025 the BEST YEAR EVER!

The design workshop we attended last year was an incredible experience for not only myself as a director, but our entire design team. The opportunity to sit and discuss our vision with some of the top designers in the pageantry arts, was something that provided our design process a successful jump start to the 2024 season. We walked away from this day inspired, filled with creativity, and a wealth of knowledge on how to be a better program for not only our marching program, but our entire band program. We can't wait to attend again this year!

Designing a show can be daunting, especially for a younger design team. When I took our design team to the Vivace show design clinic we didn’t know what to expect but over the course of the sessions we came away with valuable processes to improve our design. Working with the clinicians and having assistance with how we approach designing a show from scratch was instrumental in bringing our 2024 program "Vincent" to life.
