This summer, the INCOMPARABLE Marching Band Workshop returns to West Chester University from July 21–24, 2025, and we’re ready to welcome the next generation of student leaders and performers ready to push themselves (and their programs) to the next level! 

Hosted at the home of the West Chester University INCOMPARABLE Golden Rams Marching Band and led by a team of world-class educators in the marching arts, the INCOMPARABLE Workshop isn’t just about learning how to march or conduct better (although you’ll do that too!). It’s about learning what it takes to inspire others, set a culture of excellence, and lead with authenticity.

Whether you’re a Drum Major, Section Leader, Student Coordinator, or an aspiring leader, this is the place to sharpen your skills, elevate your mindset, and leave better than you came!
