Great seasons don’t just happen. They’re built…one habit, one rehearsal, one leader at a time.
That’s the heart behind Patterns for Success, returning to Kutztown University from July 7–9, 2025. Designed for student leaders and performers who want to start their marching season with energy, direction, and purpose, this three-day workshop is where future excellence begins.
Patterns for Success helps students create the blueprint for success both on and off the field. Through powerful leadership sessions, practical performance training, and intentional community building, participants walk away with strategies they can implement immediately and confidence that will last the entire season!
